Anne Duncan has a wealth of local knowledge and experience having lived in the area for most of her adult life.

Girls run in the family, with Kate, Emma and Helen all attending Ferndale Kindergarten, Marist Primary then Marist College before going on to University. Granddaughter Kayla is the newest addition to the family, being the next generation to attend Marist Primary.

Anne is passionate about Mt Albert and is committed to the community, supporting local schools, clubs and sports clubs.

After 11 years of successfully selling local real estate, and managing a Mt Albert Real Estate Franchise, Anne was ready for the challenge of opening her own office, and with husband Ross set about establishing Anne Duncan Real Estate in August 2004. It is not surprising it would be an overnight success. In a short time the team has grown to become a dominant player in Mt Albert and surrounding suburbs.

Driving through the streets any weekend and seeing the red and black signs will attest to that fact.

The company has grown to include the Property Management & Rental Division, and can accomodate regular in-house auctions.
